Fitness Machine Technicians has just opened its doors in Orange County, California! Local owner and former IT manager, Steve Chapman, is thrilled to bring his community reliable customer service for fitness equipment repair and preventative maintenance.
The Vista resident originally hails from Hawaii but migrated to the west for schooling, where he studied electrical engineering at the University of California San Diego. He is dedicated to his community of Orange County and is looking forward to cultivating meaningful relationships with those who understand the importance of proper running fitness machinery.
Steve spent most of his career managing the Southwest region’s IT team for Nordstrom, which spans 7 states. As an IT manager, he was constantly focused on providing simple solutions and excellent customer service.
Steve states, “Our state is known for being very active and fitness-minded and while the weather is generally favorable, many people prefer to work out at home and at gyms. “The clear commitment of Fitness Machine Technicians to excellence in customer service was a main factor in my decision to open this business, as it has also been a core value of mine throughout my career. I look forward to sharing my skills and dedication with the Orange County community.”
